CARBO was founded in 2016 with a team size of 10 in Montreal. They’ve been using Juphy for little more than a year. Facebook is the most used channel they use to communicate with their customers.
They had struggled to reply to all of their customers across all channels. Their biggest challenge was responding to all incoming inquiries in time. That’s where we came in.
