Slack Integration Guide

Hello Juphyrian,

In this article, you’re going to learn how you can integrate Slack and Juphy to receive incoming customer messages on your Slack channel in realtime.

Step 1

Login or create an account

Step 2

Open top menu at top left sidebar and click Slack Notification section.

You’II see an instruction page like below; Click Connect Slack to Juphy button and accept required permissions.

Step 3

You’ll see that a new private Slack channel created automatically! After the setup, now you’ll receive new notifications for every new message.
